Our Online System will be changing soon. Hersham Surgery will be using Rapid Health to manage appointment and admin requests at the practice. We wanted to share why this change is happening, and what it means for you.

General Practice is under more pressure than ever, and across the country surgeries are moving to smarter systems like Rapid Health. These tools help us prioritise your care, reduce waiting times, and make it easier for our patients to get what they need.

In fact, one practice saw a 73% drop in waiting times after switching to Rapid Health!
