Website closure notice

Dear Patients,

Please note that our website will be closed on Friday evening, 17th October, to support the transition to our new Rapid Health Online Triage System.

The online form will reopen on Monday, 20th October at 7:30 AM.

During this period, you can still submit medication requests via:

• The NHS App,

• Paper format (dropped off at the surgery), or

• By placing a request at your local pharmacy.

The website will remain open for normal business hours on Friday, 17th October, before closing that evening.
