Blood Tests for Children

We are unable to carry out blood tests for children under the age of 15 at the surgery. However, you can book an appointment at Ashford or St Peter’s Hospital using the link below.

Please make sure you take your blood test form from your GP appointment with you so that the results can be sent back to Hersham Surgery.
